For over 10 years, Shane has been involved in representing professional athletes in an array of matters--from player contract negotiations to pre-draft training.  He is certified as a sports agent by the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), National Football League Players Association (NFLPA) and the National Basketball Players Association (NBPA).

Shane received his B.S. and M.S. from Southern University in 2001 and 2002, respectively. From there, he went on to earn his Juris Doctorate Degree from the Southern University Law Center in 2005.  

Shane’s contagious personality and his ability to “make deals happen” have enabled his clients to sign professional contracts in various professional leagues.

As President of 3SG Sports, Steve plays a vital role in 3SG Sports  contract negotiations, drafting, and reviewing marketing and endorsement contracts.  Steve has over 15 years experience working in Corporate Contract Negotiations, Finance and Marketing with a Fortune 100 Company.  His diverse knowledge in these areas provides expertise with our clients in the areas of contract negotiations, marketing and financial consultation

Stephen's commitment to maintaining close relationships with clients and their families has led to his success as a trusted advisor.
